I enjoyed this straightforward hotel with its efficient location and especially helpful staff. The beach was fantastic. Also, rancho texas lanzarote park was 3 km away. I was there for my christmas and had an awesome stay, so I will be back.

Food and cleanliness where second to none, I appreciated every detail. The bedroom was excellent and the bed was very quiet. Supermarkets and the shops were right next door.

Beautiful location, the restaurant was lovely and the service was incredible. We loved that the room was en suite and soundproof. The music bar was fantastic and the drinks were hot. Had a such wonderful stay here.

Perfect breakfast, outstandingly helpful staff, I enjoyed unbeatable location. The staff did all they can for a terrific stay. Daily service was special too. Walking distance to supermarkets and shopping centres across the street...

Lively staff team and very very good breakfast. Very central location was a plus. A kind of HELPFUL service. Nice garden outside.

Ideal location ; warm breakfast and spacious bed. We liked our basic queen room, it was spotless and high quality. A unique base for a holiday in Puerto del Carmen. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was glorious.

Facilities and food were great, we also really loved street views. Basic double room is good sized and has an air conditioning, a minibar and television with satellite channels. About 10 minutes walk to bus stop.
